House?

So after looking at what seems like 800 houses, we finally put an offer in on one, and after much frustration from the sellers countering for a mere $1800 more than what we offered, we are finally under contract with them!

Holy moley, we'll have a house of our own!! It's really cute: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and a garage. Plus, the family room is big enough to have birthday parties, etc, at our house.

So exciting!!!

We'll keep you updated on it as we get there.

P.S. Joshua's sister, Tanesha, is doing well and will probably have surgery sometime in June.
